Morning Movement Series - Mindfulness

Mindfulness and meditation can reduce stress, relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as improve overall health. Our instructor, Erin Loporto, IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, will lead various practices and teach you how to use those techniques on your own.

Pre-registration required. Before you register, please read the Town of Boxborough Event Participation Waiver Form that contains the release from liability indemnity and hold harmless agreement (required), the emergency authorization statement (required), and optional) photo release authorization.
