Adult Summer Scares: Such Sharp Teeth

Thursday, August 16:00—7:00 PMLocal History RoomSargent Memorial Library427 Massachusetts Ave, Boxborough, MA, 01719

For the adult edition of Summer Scares, we're reading Such Sharp Teeth by Rachel Harrison! Read the book on your own, then join us at the library to discuss it while enjoying some werewolf treats.

This darkly humorous twist on werewolf tales follows flawed, and therefore relatable, Rory Morris as she returns home to help care for her pregnant twin sister, Scarlett, only to be attacked after a car accident. Soon Rory is unnaturally strong with an aversion to silver, and she must embrace the monster within her to not only deal with past trauma but find out who — or what — attacked her in this compelling tale that expertly blends suspense, romance and horror.

When you register for this program, please indicate if you will need the library to reserve a copy of the book for you and what format you prefer. Including your library card number upon registration will assist us with placing holds on your behalf.
